Mississippi businesses and adult vapor consumers will be harmed by House Bill 916 and Senate Bill 2850. These laws propose a "certification" process for vapor products—a regulatory scheme similar to the FDA’s failed PMTA process.

This isn’t about public health or youth but an attack on adult consumers seeking alternative nicotine products and the small businesses that provide them with these products. Vape restrictions increase cigarette sales, so it is not hard to determine who is the only beneficiary of this terrible policy.
