Mi-Pod Wholesale ships using a variety of regional carriers for Online Orders. Mi-Pod Wholesale automatically selects the best carrier for your address at checkout. For P.O Box addresses and other shipping methods, please call 800-775-8970.
Flavored Vapor Products are Not Available for purchase in the state of California
INTERNATIONAL:
 We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international shipping will be canceled and refunded. International Customers may call for help with finding a local distributor.
ORDERS:
 All orders have a processing time of 24 to 72 business hours. However, most orders will be shipped within  48 hours. Orders will ship with a signature required upon delivery with a photo ID showing 21 and up per Federal Laws. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).  Orders may also be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day.
Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all Federal holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day.
Shipping Times: 
Due to high order volume, our current **fulfillment time is 48–72 business hours** before shipment. Orders ship from our **Phoenix, AZ** warehouse; customers in the Western U.S. (closer to Phoenix) typically receive packages in **2–8 business days**, while Central/Eastern destinations may take longer once shipped. **Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update** after you receive your confirmation. DAMAGED PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT:
If your package arrives and your goods are damaged, immediately take a picture of the items and the invoice included in your package. To better accommodate you; please send our Wholesale Support Team an email with the pictures of the package included and we will reorder the items for you.
