The state's Directory of Certified Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems Manufacturers lists approved manufacturers and ENDS authorized for sale in Nebraska. According to the Department of Revenue, only certified ENDS can be sold in the state.  

Enforcement of the directory began January 1, 2026. ENDS found during retail or wholesale inspections that are not included on the directory may be considered contraband and subject to seizure and civil penalties of up to $5,000.
